Woke at 216.8, up 2.0 from yesterday. Lots of fluids being administered via IV. It certainly can't be food bulk! Feeling great this morning. UPDATE: As of 1:30 pm, still feeling great. I worked all morning from 9 on. Meetings via phone mostly. I walked two miles during the first three. Now I am going to park it and draft a report I've been meaning to complete. Don't know what I'll feel like tomorrow, so I'm going to knock this out while I can. More walking later. UPDATE: Walked two more miles after lunch while taking business calls. Will probably do two more after dinner for an even 6. Still feeling great at 3:30 pm. UPDATE: Ate dinner and finished some work on my report. Then went out and did two more miles for a total of six. Guy at the end of the corridor ordered a pizza to eat during a basketball game! LOL. I will eat pizza again when I can make it with cauliflower or nut flour! They radically increased my IV saline drip today and it shows… I look like a jellyfish and got a 211.4 weigh in before bed.
