thanks y"all again and again luv you all ill keep you posted today cycled 20 km at about 15mph is a trail in a park and after i shower eat and sleep like a baby no waking up. listen guys i know you can all do this i have done it. tiz kinda weird i felt today like i was dont know 15years i can squat and tie my shoe laces again without all the hassle or bending techniques
