At least with 4 - 5 apples a day you won't have cholestral problems! did you know that only oatmeal and apples directly attack your bad cholestral? I went from high end of scale to next step medication to bring it down to having better ratings than 4 previous years, just by adding oatmeal and apples to my diet every single day of the summer when the apples were still green falling off the trees. Boiled, cooked separate or apart, added brown sugar and milk, ate as porridge with cooked apple, whatever I could come up with the add variety. Very happy with a result that came from an internet search!
