In bed 9 hours, almost 7 hours sleep. Awake 2 hours from 12:11am...
Not a pain free night. (cervical spine damage from C4 to C7, getting better,
but gets worse again when I work too much)
I took 2 Somnapure & 2 valerian pills before bed.
Sometimes I do better if I take nothing at all to help sleep.
I can't take sleeping pills, since it REALLY affects my memory.
to the point that I could not trust my memory at all.
Amnesia is a 'rare' side effect, they claim, of all prescription sleeping pills.
NOT rare if over 50 years old, which they fail to mention.

yes, scary but true. and there's a LOT of things they don't tell us.
My doctor DID tell me however, when I had kidney stones, that NONE of the options to remove them are Benign, except just letting them pass naturally. I asked him about breaking them up with ultra sound, is it benign? he said Hell no! kidneys and liver have massive bleeding, etc.
