Wen I started my diet in February 2016, before I found this website, I was 207.8 pounds. Now 8 months later I'm down to 147 pounds (60.8 pounds down), and have lost 29.26% of my total body weight. I have had my hiccups and struggles, but I never gave up and I only have 11 pounds left to my goal weight and 1 more pound until I'm at the top of my BMI range. I couldn't be prouder of myself.
