272.0 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! I upped my activity. I get to work about 15 minutes early so I can go around the building twice and up the stairs twice. Instead of having maintenance handout memos I do it myself. Trying to push those numbers on my fitbit. This, combined with only eating when I'm absolutely hungry, did the trick.... unless I just NEEDED something, and had apple slices :) I admit, I ddi have chocolate a couple times, and had a perfectly measured cup of ice cream, but I considered it into my calories and had them on days that I was just too busy to eat work or just not hungry at all at work and had a ton of calories by the evening time.

Although, now that I think about it.. Was this that week.. Monday, that I had that REALLY hard time resisting that binge? whew.. Avacado day? Will have to look back on it.. and smile now :D
