Good Morning my Fit Family! Today Im off so Im going to try and be productive. After I water my patio plants Im gonna head to gym. Gonna do my leg day today instead of tomorrow like my plan says bc I want time to really put my best effort and dont want to worry about rushing off to work. Then the car needs maintenance (small stuff, break fluid and a vacuum). After that I have a chiro appt and eye dr appt then its home to do all my weekly chores in one day and then MAYBE Ill spend sometime with my mom. Nothing like getting the most out of your day eh? Im hoping to make some chicken at some point . LOL .. Day 3 off my reset. Im planning on some eggs and bacon after the gym and my left over steak from last night for lunch .. QUESTION : I have some small salad shrimp and want to use them in actual salad.. anyone have any good recipes to share??? Please and thanks !

I love shrimp in a salad of spinach with goat cheese, tomatoes, pine nuts, and a homemade lime dressing. I mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and then just throw in some seasonings from my spice cabinet!

Thanks Erica, the new situation at my job really threw me for a loop but Ive about 80 % to getting my mojo back. Im super ocd and a control freak and I kinda just let go for a few weeks but I dont function well when I live by the seat of my pants so this is me trying to redeem myself. Dboza, I think I found a good recipe.. gonna try it out for dinner ..
