Happy Saturday, my Best Buddies!
H0LY COW...my DH and I just returned from a bicycle ride - we didn't realize it was 96 degrees with a strong wind! Yikes, we went out five miles and had a pit stop. Then we decided to just turn around to return to the trail head...five miles back against a hard wind! I am kind of wiped out! My legs are strong, but it was hard!
Lately, I have been experimenting with eating slightly more carbs. I have not yet decided if I will continue with it. It seems to make the Idiot Boxes go up and that irritates me...especially because I am pushing for 158lbs in August. BALANCE!

You got more guts than I do HCB, I was planning to saddle Rosie and take her for a little ride, but it's 102.3 here right now, she and I would both go into meltdown with a ride right this minute!

96 would be welcome here, last week we had 115' 112, 109 and finally got down to 103 yesterday but bike riding at 96 can be dangerous so be careful.
