About Me:
I'm an emotional eater who doesn't not handle stress well. I go through cycles of binge eating following by remorse and diet changes. This cycle has GOT to end! I'm ready for a change.

I am currently 199 pounds. After over a decade of being in the 200s, I FINALLY reached ONEderland. Eventually I want to be around 140, but I'll reevaluate when I get there. I don't know what my healthy weight actually is, all I know is I'm considered Obese and I dislike that word so much!

Why I Want to Get in Shape:
I want to get in shape so I am not restricted in what activities I participate in.
I want to be able to go clothes shopping and not worry that I won't find clothes in my size!
I want to look my best and feel my best!
I want to run a 5K at least once in my life.

My Inspirations:
My mother - She taught me to reach for the stars.
My brother - RIP He taught me to never give up.
My boyfriend - He loves me no matter my size and just wants me to be happy!

Help
Once you find the recipe you like, click on it. On the upper left hand side under the picture you should see a link that says "Add to my cookbook". I have been adding recipes this way so I can reference them later. You can also add foods you put in your cookbook to your food diary. I hope this helps.
