I'm an emotional eater who doesn't not handle stress well. I go through cycles of binge eating following by remorse and diet changes. This cycle has GOT to end! I'm ready for a change.
I am currently 199 pounds. After over a decade of being in the 200s, I FINALLY reached ONEderland. Eventually I want to be around 140, but I'll reevaluate when I get there. I don't know what my healthy weight actually is, all I know is I'm considered Obese and I dislike that word so much!
Why I Want to Get in Shape:
I want to get in shape so I am not restricted in what activities I participate in.
I want to be able to go clothes shopping and not worry that I won't find clothes in my size!
I want to look my best and feel my best!
I want to run a 5K at least once in my life.
My mother - She taught me to reach for the stars.
My brother - RIP He taught me to never give up.
My boyfriend - He loves me no matter my size and just wants me to be happy!
