I want to cry..please tell me some of this is muscle....
127.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It looks like there's a lot of sodium in ham steak and turkey dogs. That could certainly make you retain water.

best thing you can do to get back on track is to look thru your food journal an see whats putttin all the salt into your system..2400 is the max for a woman to have a day..so best thing to combat the salt..water, water, water..get it flushed outta your system

Focus! Look at whats causing the weight gain. Also accept that weight fluctuates alot so you need to consider if it is fat gained, food weight of undigested food, excess water, etc. Read up about the fast diet on www.thefastdiet.co.uk and perhaps incorporate fast days into your week. Many of us have seen good and sustainable results by adopting a fasting lifestyle.

As my good friend Jimmiepop says, 'divorce the scale'. Knuckles assures me the scale will tell lies. I struggle with my emotional connection to what the scale says and you sometimes just need to ride it out and look at the overall trend. Hang in there! :)

Measure your bodyfat - not your weight. Then you know if you are building muscle.
