I wanted to only record my weight on Mondays but since I broke 250#, the good way, this morning I had to put it down.
248.6 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1670 kcal Fat: 140.92g | Prot: 55.15g | Carb: 389.31g.   Breakfast: Bananas. Lunch: Bananas, V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz). Dinner: Tomatoes, Kroger Finely Shredded Mexican Style Cheese, Orville Redenbacher's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Butter, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other: Nestle Sweet Tarts, Bananas. more...
