I did it! I am unsure how..but I did it!

Now that thanksgiving is next week I think I am going to try to eat the best I can over the Holiday. I might fast before both thanksgiving dinners. I have a thanksgiving dinner on Thursday and Saturday. I am going to do my best to fill up on the meat and healthy veggies. Also I plan on working out

I also think eating until im 85%-ish full has helped. I never feel too full or bloated after a meal. So far so good I am PRAYING i can keep this up
149.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

There it is - you broke the plateau! Last week you got advice from many Buddies so something must have helped! So happy for you!

Thanks all! Yes i am taking some advise and embedding it into my lifestyle. I am replacing potatoes and bread at the diner with steamed veggies. I am making better options and eating less overall. It works!

Nice loss. Having a plan for the holiday meals is an excellent approach, I'm planning on about the same thing....just need to execute it.
