I totally fluffed off these last 3 days. Didn't log anything and skipped the gym Friday and ate some carbage bc it was DH's bday and we went out 2x and he had 2 cakes given to him. I'm not whining at all.. I own it. As always, feeling gross on the inside so I'm going to try and redeem myself this week by sticking to my OWL and getting some quality gym time. The scale was not tipping in my favor this morning but I expect it not to bc of the cheats and the addition of creatine to my stack topped off with shark week. Meh.. no biggie. I look and feel great regardless.. My mom says she caught DH staring at my butt and my clothes fit great. I feel like the hard work at the gym is starting to show so it just makes me want to hit it harder this week. As always on Sunday, made some stuff for the week. Bacon, tuna salad , asparagus and shopped for fresh veggies and fruit. Hope everyone is enjoying their day .. I am ..nice cold front blew in and we have had our windows open all day! Don't worry about the past 3 days, just use that "gross on the inside" feeling as motivation to get back on path this week. Sounds like that's what you're going to do, have great week!

LOL - DH staring at butt...this happens at my house, too. hey, let me know if you notice anything different with the creatine. Feeling great is more important to me than the actual scale..if I lose body fat and gain muscle, even better!

HCB, I do notice a difference in my muscles for sure but I think its the creatine and the fact that Im going on month 3 of lifting.It does give me a small pump before my work outs but I also take it with C4 ripped which is beta alanine , arganine and caffeine and I only take on days i lift so not on rest days. I read it causes some people, mostly women to retain 3-5 bs of water weight that you lose when you stop taking it BUT you dont lose the muscle.If the water weight gets to be too much Ill drop it but for now, it stays..
