Yayyy!!! It is not official that I have broken the 200 lb mark. I know I actually did it last week, but was afraid the scale might jump back. Now I am at least 3 lbs below it is REAL!! I cannot tell you how happy I am and how it has re-energized me to reach my FINAL goal :) I hope everyone did well this week and I continue to cheer all of you on. Have a great day!!!
