I am a 55 years old. I have a husband and the cutest little dog you've ever seen! I also have a new granddaughter! Haven't had much time to devote to myself until very recently. I have always been a stress eater and raising 2 kids has been fairly stressful. It has left me about 60+ pounds overweight. I love to work in my garden, ride my bike, read mysteries, travel, cook and scrapbook. I'm plenty busy! I am on the Protein Power diet and love it. I didn't think I would ever find a diet that would work for me but this is it. I didn't realize how carbs effected me until I went low-carb. I have so much more energy.
