Inquired about taking Brazilian jiu jitsu today. I Haven't 100% committed yet, but I'm entertaining the idea. All of the powerlifting and bodybuilding that I have been doing over the past 2+ years has made me very strong, but it has destroyed my mobility, flexibility, speed, and just overall athleticism. I'd like to do something that will help me get some of it back, and learn something pretty cool in the process.
