Ate half a pizza last night it was delicious. Sat like a rock. :( Today is 'half-fast' day - careful how you say it.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just eat the topping,, I did it today. I don't mind a bit thats the best part anyways..I do LCHF .

I have made the cauliflower crust and even my son said he would eat it again. We really liked it and it did not taste like cauliflower.

I did the chicken breast pizza and my whole family liked it. It was the first time they said a low carb pizza was allowed to be made again. My son was okay-ish with the cauliflower pizza but hubby was not.

here is the recipe, just add the www, in front bariatriceating.com/2015/06/chicken-crust-pizza-margarita-nocarbpizza/ I just used the crust from there and added my own low carb sauce and toppings.

Try the Mission carb balance tortillas for a crust. Low net carbs, high in protein. I make pizza with them at least once a week, nice thin crust.

Mmm, that's what I haven't had for a long time: Scrambled egg with bacon and roasted pepper wrapped in a tortilla shell with a little mustard... YUM!

Been enjoying lower carb BLT's with those tortilla wraps. Got to take advantage of the home grown tomatoes while we've got them.
