Ate half a pizza last night it was delicious. Sat like a rock. :( Today is 'half-fast' day - careful how you say it.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mom check out the Mission brand carb balance tortilla's. They're 4 to 6 grams net cargs depending what size you get. Loaded with fiber, the burrito wraps have about 26 grams of fiber. It's a soft tortilla not a shell.

You can also sub roasted slices of eggplant for pizza crust. Yummy! Brush the sliced eggplant with a bit of oil and season. Broil or bake until a bit brown. top with pizza toppings and bake. More a super eggplant parmesan as the chicken would be as well but oh so yummy.
