QUESTION ... I'm losing weight 1-3 lbs per week and I can see muscle forming in my arms and legs in most areas. I can see my stomach more defined and i have an "hourglass" shape now but when I measure myself waist, calf and leg, it still the same for the last two months or so? Is this normal? I honestly look and feel amazing but my measurements are the same? Also my clothes fit way way better and I'm sure I'm down in sizes... Is this normal/ok? My waist is stuck at 37-39 but never smaller same for leg and calf. I'm trying to calculate my BMI is the only reason I care LOL... On a side note,I was feeling pretty lousy yesterday and realized I did it to myself.I did not have enough water and had way to much caffeine and it made me edgy and irritated.. that with a combo of crap i ate this weekend. Welp , I didn't get my after work out it but still got my 9k so boo. Started the day right with a big glass of water, a walk in the park and a awesome breakfast and Im back in business. Ready to take on the world !!Happy Hump Day ya'll

Great job and keep working. On the measurement front, I haven't done measurements myself - I use how clothes feel and weight metrics, but I wonder if it has to do with the "looseness" I'll call it of the less muscular state vs the more muscular state. Depending on how tightly or loosely you hold the tape, was there more give before but you're firmer now so the latest measurements are a hard measurement vs a soft one? I'm just thinking outside the box, I could be totally full of something :-)

I wouldn't worry about it much. Your clothes are telling you a different story. Your weight graph is terrific!! No clue re: BMI I don't pay much attention to those types of numbers, it's all in how I feel and the decrease in flab.

You're losing weight over time and feeling better, I wouldn't worry too much about measurements. Hydration levels can even effect the measurements you get. I've found that when I go off plan and eat crap, I feel like crap. Just goes to show that we really are what we eat. Congrats on your success, keep it up!

Red it is really what you see in the mirror (hourglass) awesome. sometimes it takes a bit for the numbers to change size wise because you are actually firming (lean muscle) what was jiggly and now it is the same size just lost the jiggle so yes it is going to look better things fit better, and as long as you are happy that is all that matters
