Pterath's Journal, 24 July 2015

Today's weigh in brought me to 37 lb loss since I started and that is 15% of total body weight lost. So I am little better than a third of the way to my total goal! I love crunching numbers! I need to crunch my abs more. LOL

Today, I got up and got ready and took of on a walk and walked for an hour. 2.7 miles. Less than I hoped I would make, but my darn eye started watering and refused to stop so I was having trouble seeing to some extent so my pace slowed and I spent more time watching my feet to avoid misstep instead of maintaining my pace for 3 full miles. I get home wash my face and my eye clears right up. Go figure. But I had to walk today. I have not done much since the kids left and I was really missing it.

My lovely cabinets should be completely installed by the end of the day, so my contractor tells me, which will leave me this evening and Sunday to get more painting done Before he returns to work on the floor so I have to get the stuff done that gets me out of his way. So, maybe I can still work on other areas while he works next week. I am hoping I have him here all next week. Been nice getting things done.

Goals for the day: I will pick some more berries and help him as needed and work on the computer the remainder of the day for the business. I have too much on my plate and I really do not want to sit all day. But it will be the best use of my time. :P

WOW!! so much to do!! You are getting so much done! Glad your eye was OK with a face washing. WTG!! on the 15% all this work is decreasing your weight and helping tone your body using lots of muscles.

Crunched more numbers..... it is also 34.18% of the total weight needed to lose. WOOT! Over a third of the way there in 14 weeks. Also Templating for the counters is monday 7/27 and delivery of counters is not until Aug 10th because they are closed the first week of August. :O Oh well gives me 2.5 weeks to get all my painting and flooring in these 2 rooms done.
