I am 39 and 5'6". I have been married for 16 years and have two children. My youngest is 10 and I never really lost all of the weight that I gained with my last pregnancy! Then I just kept adding to it. I want to get back to the person that I was before my children. The person that was proud of her appearance. I still feel skinny in my head - then I see a picture of myself or walk by a mirror and I don't even recognize myself!! I know I have a long way to go - but I also know that I can do it!!
