Greetings Buddies:

Day 4 of business trip is going well. Very intensive material today during the conference so I knew I had to go back to the gym today. Did 30 minutes elliptical and some lower body weights. That stair climber I used yesterday made my gluteus and hamstrings S O R E folks! Fortunately the elliptical was open tonight and it has a less steep incline.

Food is great...I have exceeded RDI a couple days but not by much and all the food is healthy so I am pleased. Drinking plenty of water and green tea, too.

Words of the week: Inhale your future. Exhale your past.

I am dedicated, determined and diligent.
