Greetings Buddies:

Day 5 of business trip is completed. I stayed within my RDI and went to the gym for a third day.
Woo Hoo !

The main reason I am succeeding is all of my FABULOUS buddies here on FS.

Sharing my journals keeps me accountable and your support helps me stay on track. I think this is the best I have ever done when away from home!

You are doing absolutely fantastic and it's because of your choices! The one thing I wish is that I had someone to go to the gym with me every day. No one wants to go. My daughter went for me, but she teetered out. I knew she didn't like it. I like to exercise, but not alone. I wish there was a group in our neighborhood or at least a walking group. Thank you for your support too! Your support keeps me going, too!

Congrats on doing the gym three days! I totally agree about the FS support. I certainly couldn't have gotten this far without the people on this site!!

You are doing wonderful! I'm going to try to do as well on my next trip (next week). There's Wifi at the condo we're staying in, I've already researched Zumba classes in the area, I'm taking a yoga mat. There are great walking trails, even bicycles to ride. Thanks for setting a good example.

Way to stay on track HCB. I've got a lot events & corporate visitors next week, which will be challenging on the caloric intake side more than the workout side. We are taking them to a baseball game Tuesday night, so dinner will be at the ball park. What the heck am I going to eat at the ball park, a napkin? Pack of mustard? I will find a way. I have already made my mind up that I will not eat junk & I will not drink soda. So if it's nothing, then nothing it will be. Thanks for the motivation to stay the course & control you, even when you can't control your surroundings.
