had a drop this morning. That's some encouragement to stay strong thru the weekend. We have a lot going this weekend. I need to get a plan together. its hard to do my shakes on the go. I like them cold blended with a little ice. I can do the shake it up if I use chocolate soy milk. put ice in it to keep it cold and add strawberry protein. just have to shake really well as im not a fan of chunks. lol the ice helps with that too.

A drop how nice :) What if you freeze your shakes before hand and keep them in one of those little cooler bags? Have a great weekend

sometimes I need protein before my workout in the evening. What I do is take my blender bottle, throw two scoops of my favorite protein powder. Around 4:00pm I add water and shake the blender bottle and that's it. Its a quick way to get protein in your diet. I sometimes use almond milk but I find the protein powder I use taste good without adding extra sugar/fruit/milk. This is an easy way to get in protein without needing the blender.

I also find the blender bottle works really well to blend..still would need to find ice if you like it cold!

Down another pound? way to go. Health food stores usually carry the blender bottles. I would google blender bottle and see what they com up with.

I think the blender bottles have an insert that fits inside or is in the top, the insert has a grid, when you shake it the grid helps bend stuff together...at least that's what I've seen before but don' t currently have one. Nice job on the weight loss.

I use a blender bottle everyday, pick it up at Wal-Mart I would think if you froze it after about 4 hours it would start to thaw in a cooler bag

Vitamin Shoppe or GMC sell them too. I know the stop and shop near me sells them in the health food section. They have a spring ball in them which helps blend the liquid with the protein powder. Make sure the top is closed tight and the cap so when you shake it, no liquid comes out
