Wow, somebody slap some sense into me. I'm out of control, on a junk binge. It started last night, then somebody brought in a plate of lemon bars this morning which I ate more than my share of, then candy and chips after that. Time to stop. I'm an idiot today.

Wish I could help you but I have been sliding since V Day. Yesterday it was donuts here in the office, today I went to McDonalds for lunch and instead of my salad I got a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. Considering I have 3 apples and 4 oranges on my desk and a yogurt in the office refrig I have no excuses.

What is it with us? Last night we had to have a little celebration - too much port and I couldn't keep my hands off these fabulous little cookies! My husband finally told me I had enough! really! Sometimes I wonder... The carbs get the best of us I'm afraid.

I knowwwww that feeling. This sounds crazy but when I realize I am eating too much bad food (last night I have a few reeces puff cereal) I started to say out loud.. "My chances of cancer are going up...now heart disease." LOL it sounds horrible, my boyfriend was laughing but it did end up making me stop eating that crap cereal.

I tell everyone that I am truly on a diet! then I growl grrr!- They stay away with their goodies! LOL I ask my husband not to bring sweets into the house. I say, "Go ahead and eat all the goodies that you want outside of the house, but please don't bring them home!" That works! Smile!!~Ann

For myself I've discovered it's easier to not take even one bite. Once I get that taste in my mouth I don't stop until they're all gone! ~Two suggestions are brush your teeth or eat a pickle as soon as you think you might succumb to temptation. ~If you succumb, then brush your teeth or eat that pickle. It takes away the sugar craving in your mouth. HOPE THIS HELPS!!

oh yeah a wristband that instantly updates your weight and bodyfat as you eat....I'm on it.....I'll sell them at the sugar prison, I mean retreat....
