I ate enough for 4 people for the last couple days. I'm in such a weird place right now... I would really enjoy hiding in a corner for the rest of the week.

There are many things in life that you can't control but eating isn't one of them. Stop with the binging and be proud of yourself. You are stronger then the cravings.

Weekends are hard, aren't they? I find getting through them without going off track to be my biggest challenge.

You're definitely going through a big change....it's OK to let that affect you dear, life is hard...but I PROMISE you will be 100% very soon....unfortunately you just have to be patient...HUGS!!!

In those moments when you're feeling down or in a weird place, take your frustrations to the gym and sweat them away. I have found exercise to be a wonderful stress release or pick-me-up, depending on what I need at the time. You can get through this...and, we are here to listen and offer a shoulder to lean or cry on. You got this!

These weren't cravings. I repulsively ate til I couldn't anymore... I encompassed myself in the very catalyst that brought me to where I am... I'm really hurting right now... I believe I've rid of the habit of using food as comfort because I wasn't eating to be happy, I was eating to feel worse. Mission accomplished...

I get exactly what you mean...I do the same thing, I can't stop myself...when I'm upset, that's all I want to be...to the fullest extent...

That's my tendency, too. I like to eat because it gives me something to do. Stress always makes it worse.

Grab a walk instead of the bag of chip... its amazing how you feel after.... lifts your spirit.

I think we've all been there, at one time or another, the thing is to get past it, you can't allow yourself to dwell on it. Let the past be the past, and move on to a better future.

Baby steps, don't try to do everything all at one time. Make a small change each week until your not missing what you've changed then on to the next change. Good luck.
