It's official, Folks... I'm a human T-Rex! I attempted the Chest and Back P90X workout yesterday (also known as The Descent Into the Depths of Push-Up/Pull-Up Hell on DVD), and although I made it all the way through and completed the workout, I felt quite pitiful while I was doing it; especially towards the end where my arms were shaking and I could barely squeeze out 4 reps of the last exercise. But I guess if it was easy, it wouldn't produce the results it does. I only have some minor DOMS today, so it's onwards with the program! Today's Hellish DVD consists of a lot of jumping exercises and then I'm going for a short run around the town (probably only 4-6 miles, depending on how I feel after that Tony What's-His-Face kicks my butt.) Then, it's time to hit the books and make something yummy for dinner! Today is also my second-to-last CSA (community supported agriculture) delivery of the season, so I'm bummed about not getting a bushel of fresh organic veggies delivered to my doorstep each week for the winter months. (*insert pouty face here*) Oh well, if that's the least of my worries, I better stop complaining and get ready for Tony What's-His-Face's pummeling. Have a spectacular day, everyone! *muahhhh*

No doubt your drive and determination will fix that t-Rex imbalance. I love that organic food delivery. How cool is that? Bummer it's nearing the end.

I'm pretty bummed that all the Farmer's markets are done too....stupid store-bought, tiny, expensive vegetables.....

You are storng and can beat Tony down if you want :) Personnaly I alway enjoyed Plyo the only one I really didnt care for was legs and back. I never looked at Chest and Back as push up and pull up hell but yes if you are not shaking by the end something is wrong Have a great day :)

I am doing the P90X3 program but I did attempt P90X for awhile there. It's pretty brutal and while I have crap for upper body strength...I have noticed a big improvement because of it. Just keep pushing through. :)

I just finished Plyo, and I loved it! Which is just more data to support my Human/T-Rex hybrid hypothesis (Do I sound like a nerdy scientist, or what?). Twinnie, I'm bummed about $3 for an organic winter cucumber, and $2 for an organic winter zucchini, when I get 20 of them a week for free from my neighbor/my garden/CSA during the summer! Damned Earth revolving around the Sun! It screws with my green smoothie supply! (But I know The Sig-O will be glad the onslaught of zucchini is over... for now.) Ok, time to refuel and head out for a little run! It's a gorgeous Autumn day here and I simply can't waste good sunlight! :D
