Well, I am extra-pleased that I was able to enjoy Thanksgiving and still lose!! Even with 4 desserts one day and two the next, lol. I guess it just goes to show that real food doesn't pack on the pounds like processed foods, I guess. Mmmm, pumpkin pie ;-)
234.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome, Way to Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You may have something there, I know I eat alot of stuff that is processed, I do eat some healthy foods, My salad today was homemade from Deli, Not fast food. Awesome!!!!!!!! You will look real good at the Topps Weigh in Meeting!!!!!
