I didn't lose much, but at least I lost. Today is the start of my lose 15 by Halloween challenge. It's going to be hard, but I tried on my beautiful gown from high school prom, it would be a perfect masquerade costume, and it fit! But, it was quite snug. So, I know that when I lose that nagging 15lbs it'll fit really well. I'm so ready for this challenge.

215.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for mentioning your challenge! Not sure that I can hit the full 15# but I did go join it. Right now exercise has been my downfall and I need to make more time for that.

I'm looking forward to that challenge too. I joined the walking one too. I kept meaning to walk more but I have anxiety doing anything alone. Just the motivation I needed. Me and my music doing 1.5 miles around the neighborhood. I joined Lose 25 by December 25 too. My hubby is challenging me to do it by Thanksgiving because I've been doing so well. You're going to love you in that dress.
