I have a really bad back but I've been doing some light exercises to stretch my legs, upper arms, and lower back. I do about 15 minutes all sitting down. Message me if you'd like to know about them.

So sorry your plate is so full. Try not to over think everything, try to concentrate on one task at a time, so you don't over stress. Over stressing can make you physically and mentally ill. If you really want to exercise, do sitting exercise with twists, small weights, etc. Some movement is better than none. Sending positive thoughts to you!

Wow, I don't see how you could run with a neuroma. I had one about 20 years ago. It got so bad I had to have an operation to remove it. I couldn't walk much for a couple of weeks, but I was so glad the pain was gone. Now I feel a neuroma coming back in my left foot, same spot! (My mother also developed a neuroma in her left foot in her 30's.) So far, I have kept up with my walking half an hour a day, but I know I couldn't run with it.

Ouch - yes, resting your foot is best for you right now! Take lots of full deep breaths and just do one thing at a time!

Stay off of your feet. Ask other family members/friends for help. sometimes we forget to ask... Hang in there!

Caloric deficit does much more for weight loss anyhow. Just keep eating less than your body is using and you will continue to lose weight while you heal. If during your child's b-day party, you cannot avoid the cake/ice cream, get extremely small portions. Better to not eat any at all if you can avoid. If the b-day food is pizza, avoid it too.

Oh my poor you! Just take it one moment at a time. Try not to focus too much on things that aren't here yet but focus on the current. You'll make it through. Screaming also helps., just not in a public place.

You can still lift with your arms - biceps and triceps and shoulder all while sitting.

Hang in there and give yourself time to heal. You have a lot on your plate ... one step at a time.
