Good Morning Everyone !!

Yesterday was something else, that's for sure. After the bee sting, I tried to lay back down, but my medicine kicked in and I was on the move. I cut grass with the push mower that is NOT self propelling (which really sucked)then I moved onto the back yards with the riding mower. Had the great idea to move the fence around the garden and cut the grass there too. Needless to say I ripped the netting in a few places, by that time I was tired of the stupid net anyway.
Did some laundry, came in to get a drink of water and got a message from my bestie asking if I could go let her dog out, (she went to the war museum with her youngest)and wouldn't be back for some time. So, I stopped working outside, went over and let marley out and came home. Right back outside I went, still had lot's to do.

Picked some sweet potatoes,peppers,tomatoes,etc. I am ready for this garden to be done already. I have about a bushel of green beans to snap and can, plus freeze more corn.

My day did not end until about 7:30pm. Did I mention I gave the dog a bath too. Today is going to be almost as busy, but not if I can help it.
I am doing much better with drinking more water, I have started to use one of those cups you get from the hospital with the fat straw. I like it because I know that I have to at least drink two full cups a day, and I do it plus more.

Sherrie, where do you get all that energy. Yard work is some "serious" business. At least you got a great workout, I can't imagine how many "squats" you got in. You deserve a nice hot soapy bath and a nice fluffy bed too. Enjoy your day.

Wow! you are a busy woman! at least you can go the way you do! I want to do the things you are doing one day when I finally get a yard big enough, and in a climate that is kind enough. One day one day. Sorry about the bee sting but it didn't slow you down! Today you should sit back and enjoy what you did yesterday at a nice steady pace.

you all are awesome !! Thank You for all of your kind words. I went to the gym this morning, and for some reason I have gained 2 pounds. I am sure it could be a number of things, a little backed up (sorry),eating to late at night, hell it can be anything so I am not going to worry about it yet. Guess I need to go and start cutting up some veggies, have a great evening all. :)

It could be that you are building muscles. Also, a nutritionist once told me that when we start exercising our bodies for some reason retain more liquids. So don't pay attention to the scale now and keep doing what you are doing! It's great and inspire us to follow your example. ;)

WOW, is that true Den_N? So just google: " fluid retention after exercise" and check it out the livestrong.com article. I just hope they are right because I don't feel my clothes getting looser andI have been 3 weeks on this diet!
