Going Vegan/Vetetarian
Hello F/S friends,
Is there anyone out there that is doing Vegan diets or Vegan with Atkins? .... I have decided to go Vegan and was wondering if it's a hard pick up to do...trying to stay low Carb with it too if that is feasible... Any suggestions?

Waah, I am stuck!
I hear you loud and clear, just the slightest error and your way over carbs, I just had a holiday Cruising and put 8 lbs on and I was not over doing it either...it don't take long, carbs stick to me something horrible so I have to eat so very little..so now I am back on track and hopefully those extra pounds will fall right off...I find that some of the Atkins products can hinder weight loss, it is the sugar alcohol in them...good luck with your progress hope to see more posts..

They are a great breading for chicken etc...
use them as you would breadcrumbs...I would not eat a bag of them but as a snack 6 to 10 pieces fine....good source of fat...

Looking for a Healthy type of cookie biscuit to make or buy
Check out Atkins Site, they have recipes there made with soy flour and soy isolate and almond flour...very good recipes.

kitchen question, totally off topic
I put things that I don't use every day, right now I have drinking straws, acrylic wine glasses, Ice bucket, things that you may use occasionally... It is such a hassle to reach that cabinet, I have to get my stool to climb up there as I am only 5'3" tall...Sad
