They are a great breading for chicken etc...
use them as you would breadcrumbs...I would not eat a bag of them but as a snack 6 to 10 pieces fine....good source of fat...

Looking for a Healthy type of cookie biscuit to make or buy
Check out Atkins Site, they have recipes there made with soy flour and soy isolate and almond flour...very good recipes.

kitchen question, totally off topic
I put things that I don't use every day, right now I have drinking straws, acrylic wine glasses, Ice bucket, things that you may use occasionally... It is such a hassle to reach that cabinet, I have to get my stool to climb up there as I am only 5'3" tall...Sad

I'm going to try this Atkins thing:)
Atkins is a lifestyle and if you think it is a quick fix then forget about doing it.
You start at induction and complete all 4 phases..and NEVER a cheat...after you have accomplished this then it is maintenance for life...no junk,or processed foods, only good healthy Vegetables, protein and good fat, and fruit..and it works...
My doctor agrees and says only 2 diet plans she likes are Atkins and South Beach..
That if you follow them 100 percent your health will be 100 percent...This is working for me, Atkins is giving me my life back...

Vegetable pasta
In order to cut the calories and starches Zucchini or Spaghetti squash is the best way to go...
I bought a spiral gadget from Bed Bath and Beyond..it is awesome to make the zucchini spaghetti...and so good for you. And oh by the way it came with a load of recipes for sauces...but read ingredients first...LOL...
