Weight Loss by Month! OK this is approximate since I wasn't weighing myself on the first and last of the month! I can't believe I was able to lose 3 pounds this month even without a trainer and with many classes being cut out from the summer schedule at the gym I just joined! It seems to be going so slow, but it's going . . . . Let's keep it up!

November -6 lbs
December - 3 lbs
January - 8 lbs
February - 4 lbs
March - 5 lbs

Well done, Tulip. Every little bit helps and counts and if it makes you feel better to know it's coming off, then I'm so glad you are weighing yourself whenever you feel like it. But most importantly, you seem to be in a positive space for yourself and I'm so happy for you. Supporting you all the way!

thank you! I'm trying to keep my morale up! I'm still a little lost and intimidated at the gym and my yoga class is canceled for the summer . . .. my fatsecret has been acting funny and not letting me in . . . . slowly but surely moving forward . . . . .

You're doing super! You've increased your monthly weight loss since May and that's great! Just keep plugging away and just focus on each day :)

thanks guys! I tried looking more closely at what I did each month; honestly I can't find correlations between anything . .. . .I think I can increase my protein, reduce my fat and just keep working! I don't have a workout plan and don't know how to come up with one . . . . without a trainer :-( I'll just keep at it . . . .

thank you everyone for helping put a positive spin on things! things are a bit better at home, getting through it and trying to enjoy, accept, and make the changes that I want and need! it can all be so hard! separate thought: I pretty much stopped working around the time my first baby was born, and I kind of miss it, along with financial freedom . . . . i'm stumped about what can I do now to work again? Just thinking aloud . . . . sigh

You inspire me... I gained last month. Not much, but it just shows I'm not staying on the plan. I hope to do better this month. Congrats on your loss.

I'm so happy to hear that your home life has been better. What are your strengths in life and what do you enjoy doing? That will help you decide what kind of job you'd like to do.

Tulip, I would have loved to have been able not to work while my children were growing up. Being a Mom is a full time job. I found getting a part-time job helped me after having a home business for ä number of years. Employers seem to want recent job experience where they can check you out. So glad everything is going better for you. Has your DH has any success with the job hunt.
