weight stuck despite dieting
Take your measurements: bust, waist, widest part of tummy, hips, thighs and arms. I've experienced periods where the scaled hasn't moved but my measurements were shrinking.

I try to remember it's about how I feel and how my clothes look on... not about a the number on the scale.

Also, you really really really should do some strength training exercise!

Stuck with only 10 pds to go.....
You might need to up your calories. I know it sounds nuts, but I've heard it you don't eat enough calories it could inhibit weight loss. Does circuit training include weights? Building muscles will help burn calories around the clock.

Trying new foods
I'm using naturally flavored maple agave nectar instead of (fake) maple syrup for cottage cheese pancakes. I'm reading labels like crazy to eliminate high fructose corn syrup from my diet... did you know hfcs is in bread? why? bread isn't supposed to be sweet. Also, agave won't spike your insulin levels like traditional sugar does, so you reduce the crash feeling.

I'm eating pomegranates. Awesome texture, great addition to many recipes. And, I've started eating steel cut oats. Different that regular oatmeal, but good.
