Mondays are great for getting back on track. I usually do my best eating Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday when DH is working out of town.
Side Note - for those of you who are still having trouble locating Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Dressings. Went to TARGET Saturday and found 4 varieties: Classic Ranch, Salsa Ranch, Caesar Parmigiano and Chunky Blue Cheese. Remember, these are in the produce section.

Dressing sounds yummy...and familiar too, like maybe I have seen it around. For what it is worth, I do my best eating & excercising M - W too. I am aiming to stay on track better this week.
