Need ideas for more PROTEIN please!
fat calories are the same thing as carb calories or protein calories. all of them will make you fat if you take in more than you are expending. for extremely low carb diets, fat is helpful because it is more calorie dense than protein and can help you meet your minimum caloric intake more easily.
