More or less holding steady... was up till 6 AM working the other night, which messed up my weigh-in. Then had a very high-carb day y'day... about 60% of that was planned. LOL! I only wish I had *planned* it better (to fall on the day with my messed-up weigh-in), because the rest of the day yesterday was solid.

To all my buddies: KEEP CRANKING! Come the end of the year, we'll be THRILLED with our progress!
212.6 lb Lost so far: 127.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I KNOW! We will be thrilled - I thought the same thing in January. Just imagine where we will be at come the end of the year. I suspect many of us will be at maintenance - now that's a whole other kettle of fish. Back to Cranking...

This site and its app have been the main reason for my dropping from 235 to my current 181lbs. I weigh in every morning to ensure I am on the correct course with what I am consuming, I weigh EVERYTHING in grams and put in my meal/snacks the night before. This takes discipline and having a team mate helps a lot but if thats not your case then use the app to keep you inline...put in what you may be craving from the snack machine and you will see its not worth it :)
