Thanks, @Kath. Yeh, kind of in the groove. I'm sticking with the keto stuff, but I decided the heck with it and put my calories back down a bit. People may hate me for it on here, but all I can say is it was working, and I'm tired of working so hard and getting nowhere. I'll stick with what was working for me... when I get closer to goal (the real one), then I'll dial the calories in better. I certainly am happier with the scale now. I hope you're doing well. :D Keep smiling!

Hey, @Buffy. I'm supposed to work a 5/40 week... but, lately it's been more like 7/80 or 90. An ease-up is around the corner, but it keeps moving like dangling carrot. Argggh. Forget the carrot. Like a dangling Butterfinger... heh heh. :D
