Greetings Buddies!
I just got back from vacation and am happy to say I went to Planet Fitness THREE times and got in good workouts, and walked all over the other days.
I ate very well for the most part - we made our oatmeal, yogurt and fruit for breakfasts most days. I also chose as much steamed or broiled seafood as possible.
I did have fried foods once, and ice cream twice! Hey, it was vacation.
But,I did NOT go whole hog wild like last year's trip. I went half hog wild and got good exercise - we were on the fifth floor and I took the stairs most of the time while my husband rode the elevator - and I beat him to the top!
I am back to my usual routine now - Orange Theory yesterday and logging all food.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent
