Hey there!
20 hours until I'm supposed to show up at the hospital. And two days until surgery. I'm almost there.
The water drainage mission is going well. I am down another lb today - reaching a "new" low of 81.7 kilos.
It's not all pretty and perfect, but it's a LOT better than what I have seen lately.
My ultimate goal is 80 kilos, but I am happy to be less than 82. I know that more fluid will come off the next day or two, so it's all good. Who knows? Maybe I CAN reach the 80. Time will tell.
Timing is key in this, and I am working hard to get everything right.
Today is my 3rd "Ten Liter Water"-day. It's a LOT of water, and it's really tedious. I am beyond stuffed. If I never needed a reminder that you can kill hunger with water, I sure know it now.
It's the last day of me doing this, though. My body should be primed to expell all unneccessary fluid by tomorrow, thinking that there is PLENTY of water around, as I having so much of it.
Then, tomorrow, I will have (almost) none at all. The idea is that I will keep expelling fluid for a good day more after I stop, and thus will be shedding MORE fluid. 1.7 kilos isn't all that far away, so it could be done.
Of course, there is absolutely no fat loss in this. If there is, it's only because I eat less than I burn.
...
I am so ready to go have the surgery done. I am so ready to move on. I feel that this has been hanging over my head for SO long. Bring in on!
...
I have had a busy day at work today, finishing up as many things as I possibly can. There are LOTS to do, so I can go home with a clear conscience, for sick leave and my following christmas break.
I won't be back at work until Januray 6th. I can't say I mind. :)
...
I best get going again. too much to do, too little time.
...
Today, I'm thankful for: - Finishing up everything. - Coffee and water - FOCUS! - Last Day! - Wife!
Life is good!
