well the 70's didn't stick around for long had hoped to loose a bit before going home but i am at the point right now i really don't care have gone back to drinking atkins shakes after workouts to push me through the day may be what is holding me down but the exersize feels great and won't give it up. i am with steph not gonna be a quitter even if i stay 180 for the rest of my life at least i feel good. its very cold outside today not going out that is for sure guess i will finish up on the cleaning i need to get done .

Exactly....great attitude. That exercise is what will keep you fit and healthy in the long run AND it WILL eventually put you back into the 170's. Wish I could stay inside too, as it's just 28 degrees here. That's actually very cold for here. But gotta run out to do a few errands and find even more batteries and a small screwdriver for the last of the Angel Tree gifts. I totally missed one of the items needing batteries, so gotta get those before I turn in the gifts tomorrow. And, one can't expect that every needy family will have a small Phillips screwdriver in their home to open up these battery compartments, so I always add one of those into a "Parents" bag, as well. Stay warm!

I LIKE your attitude too. You have a lot to be proud of all the same. Your accomplishments are F A B U L O U S!!!! Remember, with all the exercising, you are building you muscles. You are so right with not giving up and getting healthier with you WOE/WOL. Keep it up, your doing wonderful. Hope you had a great day my friend.:)

You are doing awesome, Laura!! I am really, really proud of you! And the weight will go down, when yuor body is ready to let it go. I understand how badly you want it to be now, so do I, but we simply must practice patiene, persevere, and be faithful to ourselves. All things come to those who wait!

Good on you for not quitting! We just can't! Keep on keeping on and one day we will be able to look back and be glad we did. Hang in there!
