OHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHH!!!!! MY SNOOPY IS IN OVER DRIVE!!!!!!! no longer in the 80's! they were so hard and i was so afraid i would stay there for ever! but they are gone now and will never be seen again! i can no longer say that my body just likes that weight because thanks to you guys i have been able to stick it out and show my body who is boss, my mind! i so want to go shopping right now! but with the extra cost of a trip home and christmas it is just going to have to wait for a bit!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats!! I working my way out of the 80s too and I know what you mean about being stuck in them. They do seem to be a rough group of pounds to shed. Keep up the great work!

stef i think we are both doing the same things its just that you are an owl and i am an induct?but your weight loss is steady and consistant and i know you will not see your weight again. mine is so sporatick i know i will have to keep a very close watch to not let it come back through the door. i also think you might need to look at doing some thing to reset your metabolism maybe going on induct for 2 weeks? kinda clean out the system? but you have been such a important part of my journey that i will gladly sit right here and wait for ya to catch up! love ya so much stef you just don't kknow how much you mean in my life and my journey.

texas its crazy right? i was stuck fo so long and the 80's have always been a magic number in my head that i thought i would never get past . with all my old "diets" i always stopped at 189 so now they are dust beneath my feet!

Laura, I am thinking about going back to induction and seeing what happens. I just think that I am so carb intolerant....guess I may as well start today. 3 eggs...1.8 grams of carbs, and coffee with cream for breakfast! And I love you, girlfriend...I am so glad that I met you....and yes I remember the day well!!! As for waiting for me...don't you dare...when you reach your goal, if I am not there yet, then yuo can wait. For now, go for it....keep right on losing!

stef have you looked at that site that row posted? when i recalibrated how much protien i needed and started choking down a lot more chicken it seemed to start things rolling along again.mine said i needed 159 grams of protien to keep from loosing muscle mass while doing the exersizes it is a lot of protien but it is working! also i have switched to eating veg.carbs. in my breakfast .
