I am a married mom with two boys, 20 and 5 years. They keep me busy! About 15 years ago, I lost 80 pounds doing Atkins and kept it off for 12 years. A complicated pregnancy helped me to gain it all back (6 months bed-rest + diabetes) Now I'm back, I had a hard time making Atkins work, so I'm following the Dukan diet - it's stricter in some ways, less in others. Thankfully, I found something that works for me and I'm on my way back to a healthy weight.
