Starting Atkins again.... had some success with Dukan but couldn't keep it up long-term and gained everything back. Back to what works for me and what I can live with!

Sarah - when you weigh in next time, the screen allows you to pick your Atkin's level. That's how you switch from Induction to OWL Smile Confused me too!

Leg Cramps
you can buy potassium supplements - I take 2 each day when I have problems with leg cramps. You don't want to take too many - but see if 1 or 2 will help the cramps
