well i am now officially a resident of north carolina now. it took me 3 years to go and change every thing from indiana but now its done. had trouble with all the running back and forth eating my meals but i had a atkins shake left in the back of the fridge from awhile back so i drank that for my lunch not something i would normally do but it was better than not eating at all. lost 8 tenths of a pound but i am not logging it untill i get to weight day as it seems to come and go so much. my joints are still sore and swollen and i think i will lay off the exersize today and allow the swelling to go down. we will see if i feel better this evening i will at least get on the treadmill i am thinking i am not giving my self enough recovery time from the workout but i am getting to the point that i love how i feel after it is over but the next day my joints hurt pretty bad.i think i may ask the doctor if i could go on celabrex as the joints don't seem to respond much to the advil any more.

So you're officially a Tar-Heel now! I lived in NC for a few years and never did find out how the state got that name. You sound like your joints definitely need the rest. My thighs were really tired the past few days, but my day off yesterday brought them back to 100%. I thought you were taking Osteo-Biflex....or am I confused? Osteo has really taken away my hip pain.

Laura, congrats, TarHeel. My dad was born and raised in Ellerbe, NC. He still has some family there in Yadkinville. Sorry tha your joints are bothrering you. Did you stay at level 2 or go back down to 1 on the kettlebell? If you stayed, you may be trying to move up too soon. Just take your time...you have the rest of your life to exercise, and it doesn't matter how quickly you get to the top level. And do try the OsteoBiflex...my dad takes Glucosamine Chondroitin, and he says to really helps his knees. Have a good day, and relax, you're doing great!

yes i am taking the bioflex and it does help a lot but it seems that since i started the exersizing my joints are not happy. my son says that it takes awhile for the attachment points to strengthen and that it will get better. but i am not sure it is the workouts but more the rhumatoid artheritis

:) Congrats on completely moving to NC.And I thought knees and other joints hurt only in case of beginners like me...I'm doing moderate exercise.I don't know whether it is even good enough. No weight loss though.
