dear santa, all i want for christmas is to loose 4 pounds.... please let me weigh 179! no weight loss again today i guess i am going to be stuck at 20 carbs a day for the rest of my life i will never be able to get out of induction if i cant loose now i will be a tank again if i go to owl...

Laura, love your entry! Cute! I checked out your diet calendar, sweetie. What's up with the bread, cheetos and ice cream, woman? LOL Herein lies your problem. It takes four days for the carbs you ate to leave the body. So give it two more days and you will be back in business and back in ketosis. Hang in there!! Be good! HONK HONK!! (Your WL has been SO impressive, girlfriend. NO DOUBT in my mind that YOU will reach your goal way before Christmas. So proud of you!)
