That is how it goes sometimes. Just think went on a trip with lots of temptations and you came back lighter not heavier that is always a good thing. Keep up the good work.

Im hypothyroid so I have learned not to let a minor disappoint get me down. I did real good last week with calories but I also skipped a few snacks I would normally have eaten that could have effected my metabolism. I am sure the results of the Limbo week will show up on the scales. Hypothyroid bodies just like to take their time getting there...but it will happen.

Every little downward movement adds up! I'm sure that you will see continued dropping on the scales if you keep up the great effort. Good luck!

Crikey! Yes, celebrate your loss. I have a gain this week-this hypothyroid thing is such a drag, dude! I was thinking, just like you (our shared brain) that the loss will show up next week (or tomorrow, just too late for this week's challenge).

Regarding the post on my journal, I'm not sure exactly what you meant but, I can say that you would be shocked at how much weight we can lose by just not eating for just a few hours. Around evening, just before dinner, it may help to weigh yourself because if you control your dinner, you would be likely to lose a pound or two by morning (from that last weigh-in). I have a feeling you got that part though. ;-) Thanks Janelle.

The rest will show up eventually and shock you when you need it most! Thank you for the limbo challenge!

Still moving in the right direction... so that's great Janelle and you just keep up the fantastic work. It's interesting that you mention that you missed out on a few snacks... funny, as I know that I found when I increased calories slightly by including snacks, I did lose a little more. So I think there's definitely something in eating to keep that metabolism burning. Onwards and downwards though... I'm sure all that wonderful effort you're putting in will show up more for you very soon! ;o)

Janelllas, you have done a fantastic job. Look at your photo's too, I hope that someday, I'll have shots like that vs. the see me in Highschool and see me now photo's!!! Thank you for all the wonderful comments you have made! I tend to get depressed on the weeks that the scale doesn't move! You told me before to stick with it though. I have a real hard time measuring inches because I'm never sure if the tape is too loose, or too tight or in the right spot :) My jeans are definately incredibly loose right out of the dryer now:) Yea! You my dear are doing great and I hope you know how awesome it has been to be on your team. You are the "crème de la crème" of this team Janellas! Thanks for accepting me!

Thank you everyone, I just look at my progress since starting the Cruise to Lose challenge and I have lost over 6 lbs in 5 weeks ...that is really thrilling to me. I seem to be "stalled" again right now and think that skipping my snacks last week for the limbo pole might have caused my metabolism to slow down a bit... so Im working on it this week. Still very glad about my losses so far.
