Hey there buddies!

I cannot say how wonderful it is to read all your supportive comments! It is GREAT to be back because it means I have refused to feel like crap from not taking care of myself.

I deserve to feel well, and have energy. And, hopefully, look smaller along the way.

I am sick of the "Idiot Box" and just go by my clothes right now. My "loose" pants are much too tight so I know what needs to change.



I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
