Brilliant, that you're in pilates and great that you didn't feel after effects. I used to work in an American law firm in Saudi, I was the only Brit. I collapsed laughing one day when someone mentioned wearing a fannybag.... to Brits they are bumbags, in the UK fanny is a rude word for a lady's bits! We all had a good laugh that day. Just realised, how easy it is to remember the good times!

Morning, good job on all the exercise. I just can't myself to do it at all. Hope you have a great day and that its not too cold where you are.

Jen that is a hoot. Isn't it funny in different places, words me very different things. So, if we travel, we might want to really be careful of what we say. I wouldn't want to offend anyone unknowingly. Actually Is, it is suppose to hit 50 today. Right now the sun is shining and warming up quickly. As for the exercising Is, put on some upbeat music and just start walking in place. I have the Leslie Sansone, walk at home cd and love them. She really keeps you motivated. I don't like to walk outside here at home because the traffic is dangerous here. They drive like idiots.

We call them bum bags as well and laugh at films that say fanny pack! My kids nearly wet them self over it!

Larie, tell me more about the Sansone program. I have heard about that - and need to do something like that at home when the weather gets really cold or rainy. What's your all-time favorite cd by her? I am so glad you don't have a pulled muscle - home your tummy muscles begin feeling LOTS better soon! Try not to laugh too hard, or you will feel it. Believing in you! HONK HONK

Hey, Laurie. Got my kettlebell done this morning and will get the pilates this afternoon. Then the walk. The weather here is gorgeous. Highs of 75, sunny...perfect for walking. I actually got out of bed and did my kettlebell workout while the coffee was brewing. Felt good! Have a great day! HONK, HONK!!

Leanne, that is just a hoot Evie, It's the Leslie Sansone Walk at home videos. I just love them. I went to amazon.com and ordered all mine. She has a lot of them and they all have the same basic walking in them. Start off slow. I started with her 2 mile walk at home and fell in love. From there, just had to get more challenging one. I really think you will too. Good luck and keep me posted. Stef, It is 11:00am here and I did my 3 mile walk with Leslie and pilates and of course the stretching. I wasn't very sore this morning. When I woke up this morning, the burn in my abs was gone. Thank Goodness!!!!!:) So, I did it. That makes 2 days in a row. WOW
