Was proud of my food diary (yesterday) and hope to finish today with a repeat performance. This may sound like bragging, but I am very aware of how frail I am how easy it would be to dive back into the chocolate.

So, like you all tell me - One meal at a time.

You should be proud girl..you made a come back..and one meal at a time and one day at a time..I realized today how easy it is to just pick up the no no's while grocery shopping..but I did good..Yay for us...:O)

Good for you! You are doing great & definitely back. It helps me also to focus on all the great tasting but good for me foods that I can have, rather than what I can't. And yes, one meal at a time, it is!

Chocolate never used to be hard for me until my last hiatus...my DH reads aloud to me from mystery books when we go to bed...and for a while we were eating chocolate while he read! So, now when he reads to me, I miss my chocolate! Pavlov's Dog, I guess.

I found Pure Protein S'mores bars only 280 protein bars OK. As close to good chocolate food as one can get and it tastes even better than the strawberry flavor.

Bren - Congrats on avoiding the temptations in the grocery store. Amazing how the managed to make the worst crap look good!

You may feel frail today, Buffy, but you'll be ever so much stronger by tomorrow....and even stronger after that. "That food" isn't even very good....probably old and dried out....nope, not very good at all and certainly not worth taking a sidestep off your path. You're doing great Buffy....keep pedaling!
