Protein is a wonderful thing. When I daily eat 90-100g of protein, I am less hungry and more energetic. I eat less overall, and stop craving the "bad" carbs that include sugars and wheat.
I am not necessarily wheat or gluten sensitive; I just cannot easily manage the cravings that result. I don't overeat - but I crave them and it starts the ball rolling downhill.
Protein is power!

I like to eat my chicken breasts, fish, some meats, eggs, high protein yogurt, and Optimum Nutrition brand Whey Protein - gives me the chocolate fix!

Protein is definitely our friend. As is fiber! Have a meal with both and you will really feel the power! LOL. Keep up the great effort :)

I LOVE Pure Protein bars, 20g of protein per bar and they come in several different flavors, chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie dough, etc. They are like having a candy bar for breakfast! They are great!
Unjury Protein Powder is also really good and really high in protein.
